Whether you work in law, logistics, politics or digital, uncontrollable external influences are forcing companies and their leaders to think fast, evolve and adapt. In tandem with the global legal landscape, for businesses to remain competitive , robust and fit for purpose it needs a work culture that truly reflects a balanced and diverse population from top down.

Being a woman in law creates a real opportunity to speak up, not always agree, support and to build resilient networks. While the profession consists of over 50% of women today, it still feels dominated by men at senior level. Gender equality is a subject you will see run through my blog and I would welcome hearing from as many other men and women who want to get involved in the conversation.
